We did a bit of site seeing, after the wedding before dropping Kash off in M'ton. We had a great time then to M'ton and took the girl to Ponderosa for supper. She starts classes tomorrow; orientation day today (and she's texted me dozens of times). She had to go to the bank to let them know, she's a big girl now and needs to increase her limit allowable for withdrawls. Our church family at Calvary Baptist Church in F'ton gave Kasha an awesome Graduation celebration ceremony on Sunday, June 14th, 2009. They decorated the fellowship hall in pink and green balloons, with pizza, salad, cake and punch. They gave her wonderful gifts, like cards with money, books, study helps, etc.
Today, she was awarded the Bolser Award of $700 to help her with her studies at EBBI. We praise God for our church and their evident love for us!

These are some of a few of Kasha's grad pics; I always promised her a poofy dress but in light of Lance and Melissa's wedding, it was looking pretty gloomy. But Laura W (now married) sold Kash her dress for $100. We're sure this dress was about $400-500 ~ what a blessing to get it for such a deal... we are praising God for Laura! ;)
Why do our kids have to grow up? 
I really don't want them to miss out on the great things God has in store for them as adults but I feel lonesome just thinking about the both of them gone...
Am I too selfish wanting them to stay small and needy? 
The Lord provided all the frames at Zellers for $1 because they were all scratched up; Kash & I repainted them and I think they look great! We are giving thanks for His goodness to us!

We have quite a few frames left over and a few stitches that don't fit the frames we have...

I love Kasha's green one; since these pics were taken, she's finished 2 more. 
Kasha still has a year to go before graduation but Sonya was gracious enough to allow Kash to try on her dress and take pics.
